Hello and welcome to my first post as a design team member of AAA Birthday Challenge. This month’s challenge theme is Flowers!
I chose a stamp that that I recently bought at Unity stamp company designed by Gina K – Friendship Flowers. I stamped the image on to Neenah solar white cardstock with Gina K Amalgam ink and colored with copic markers. Next, I cut out the image with the Scan n cut machine.
I added washi tape along the 2 edges of an A2 size card base and stamped a background with very light gray ink. The scripty stamp I used is from Stampendous. I stamped a sentiment from Simon Says Stamp on a piece of white cardstock and matted it with black.
I adhered down my sentiment and stamped piece to the prepared card base and added a Tim Holtz metal butterfly with foam tape.
I added shimmer using Spectrum noir clear sparkle pen and adhered a few tiny clear droplet gems to conplete my card. I hope you enjoyed this card. Do stop by the AAA Birthday challenge blog to check out more design team inspiration for birthday cards using flowers and to play along.
